Important Information
The Monthly Pool Service Fee is separate from the pricing listed below.
- Services numbered 1 through 3 are required once or twice annually.
- Services numbered 4 through 12 are charged only if and when they are needed.
- Minor repairs under $50.00 will be automatically included on your invoice.
- For repairs exceeding $50.00, we will always seek your approval before proceeding.
Weekly Full Service Overview
- On-site visit to guarantee clean and healthy pool water.
- Comprehensive water chemistry testing and balancing, including pH, chlorine, calcium, and phosphates.
- Brushing of tiles, steps, and walls in both the pool and spa.
- Skimming surface debris and vacuuming the pool.
- Thorough equipment inspection to identify potential issues early.
Diagnostics and Repairs
A flat fee of $75 applies for diagnosing previously unidentified issues. This fee will be credited toward the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with the work.
Billing and Automatic Payments
Auto Pay is enabled through your customer portal after your first month of service. Please note that if full payment is not received by the due date, services will be paused following the first week of the month.
Annual and As-Needed Services
- Filter Clean (recommended in March and September) – $95.00 per service
- Phosphate Remover Treatment (Annual) – $115.00
- CYA Conditioner (recommended in April) – $100.00
- Chlorine Tablets (50 lbs, stored on-site) – Market Price
- Salt (40 lb bags, for saltwater systems) – Market Price
- Salt Cell Cleaning – $50.00
- Service Call (outside of regular service day) – $75.00
- Repairs and Equipment Upgrades – Price Varies
- Consumables (baskets, O-rings, lubricant, etc.) – Price Varies
- Water Sump Pump (for rainwater removal) – $75.00
- Heavy Debris Cleanup (post-storm, for current customers only) – $350.00
- Green-to-Clean Restoration (for new or non-customers, includes 3 cleanings) – $450.00
