About This Service

I offer delivery services for construction materials directly to your job site. The standard rate for each delivery trip is $150.

I also provide furniture moving services, including large appliances like refrigerators.

For junk removal and haul-away services, pricing starts at $220 per trip and varies based on volume. I utilize a long-bed pickup truck. Additional services include television wall mounting.

Demolition work is available upon request.

I perform a wide range of general handyman tasks at a rate of $40 per hour. This includes tile installation, painting, and bathroom renovations. I also install window blinds and curtain rods, and handle the repair and installation of outdoor low-voltage lighting systems. Irrigation system repair and installation, along with general landscaping, mulching, and decomposed granite work are also offered.

My expertise extends to concrete and masonry projects. This encompasses driveways, block work, brickwork, flagstone, and paver installations. For extensive projects, I am open to negotiating a daily labor rate, which typically starts at $280 per day.

Regarding communication: phone calls receive the fastest response, text messages are answered next, and email inquiries are generally addressed in the afternoons.
