1. 5 to 8 Hours: $240 (This equates to $30 per hour if the full 8 hours are utilized).
2. 2 to 5 Hours: $190 (This equates to $38 per hour if the full 5 hours are utilized).
3. 0 to 2 Hours: $110 (This equates to $55 per hour if both hours are used).
