Legal Experience

As an attorney admitted to practice in California, I handle a wide range of civil litigation matters. My recent experience includes:

• Successfully representing a commercial client in an unlawful detainer (eviction) trial involving COVID-19 moratorium regulations.
• Securing a dismissal with prejudice for a client on the second day of a trial involving claims exceeding five million dollars.
• Negotiating a $45,000 settlement for a quadriplegic individual residing at a healthy living facility.
• Recovering a client\'s property through a writ of possession after her ex-husband was illegally occupying it.
• Obtaining a $35,000 settlement for a client without requiring the return of equipment.
• Assisting clients in finally removing sold equipment from an adversary\'s premises after a 1.5-year lockout period.
• Securing a $180,000 settlement in a case that had been pending in Los Angeles court for two years.

I also serve as general counsel for a local garment company on collection matters. My practice includes working on temporary restraining orders (TROs) and preliminary injunctions (PIs) for businesses, drafting demand letters and settlement releases, and preparing transactional agreements. Before establishing my own practice, I gained experience working for several law firms and attorneys. I am a graduate of Northwestern Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

Fee Structure

My standard rate is $225 per hour, typically with a $5,000 retainer agreement. I also consider hybrid contingency fee arrangements. All financial terms are clearly detailed in a written retainer agreement, which is signed at the outset of our attorney-client relationship.
