About This Service

Tutoring services are available at a rate of sixty dollars per hour. For group sessions, an additional ten dollars per person will be charged. Rates may be adjusted based on the complexity of the subject matter and the academic level of the student.

Subjects Available for Tutoring

• PHYSICS: Courses include Physics with Calculus, Mechanics, Statistics and Probability, Quantum Mechanics, and Electrodynamics, available for both college and high school levels. Preparation for standardized exams such as the GRE, MCAT, and SAT Physics is also offered.
• MATH: Tutoring covers Calculus I, II, and III, Business Calculus, Linear Algebra, Economics-focused Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra, and Pre-Algebra, including Microsoft Excel instruction. Support is available for college and high school curricula, as well as test preparation for the GMAT, GRE, MCAT, LSAT, SAT, ACT, GED, and other entrance examinations. Assistance is also provided for the math portions of various California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) trade exams, including those for electrical, low voltage, carpentry, boiler, concrete, elevator, HVAC, plumbing, solar, and welding certifications, along with help using Chief Architect drafting software.
• CHEMISTRY: General College Chemistry I and II, for both college and high school students.
• ESSAY AND TERM PAPER ASSISTANCE: Support with term paper preparation, presentations, and public speaking skills.

All tutoring is conducted exclusively online. I utilize a professional Zoom account with unlimited meeting time, though Skype or other video conferencing platforms are also acceptable. With equation editing software, I can clearly type and display mathematical equations by sharing my screen. Completed session notes can be saved and emailed as a PDF for future review.
