As a three-time former champion, I possess a strong foundation in Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, and Full Contact Karate. My specialty lies in instructing students on the nuanced aspects of combat disciplines. I also offer private coaching and in-home sessions for individuals seeking a skilled and seasoned personal trainer.

Whether your goal is to improve your fitness while acquiring practical self-defense skills, or you are beginning from a point of low physical conditioning, I can provide assistance. Through years of experience, I have honed my instructional and training techniques to identify the most effective methods for achieving targeted outcomes.

Private training sessions are available by appointment at a rate of $65 per session. In-home visits are priced at $120. Rates for small group training are also offered.
