Hello, my name is David, and I provide in-home pet sitting and boarding services for both short and long durations at my residence in the Orlando metropolitan area, specifically in Casselberry/Longwood.

I have been offering pet care from my home for more than a decade, beginning in 2011. I maintain references from current clients as well as from established relationships spanning over ten years. As a retired individual, I have ample time to dedicate to the needs and well-being of your pets.

About My Property

My home sits on a shaded half-acre lot with mature oak trees. The entire property is enclosed by a five-foot-tall chain-link fence, which includes a double-gated driveway to ensure the safety and security of your pet. I purchased this home in 1997 with my own pets in mind, and over the years it has served as a secure sanctuary not only for my animals but also for many rescued pets. I consider it my personal pet oasis and diligently maintain both its appearance and its safe environment through daily upkeep. The property functions as a self-contained private park for pets to enjoy, eliminating the need to leave for walks and thereby avoiding exposure to unknown animals outside my control. Even with a fully fenced yard, I often keep visiting pets on a leash during their stay to further minimize any potential issues.

I take pride in delivering quality, compassionate care for your pet—a beloved family member—in a secure and loving home setting, allowing you peace of mind while you are away. I have also been involved in animal rescue work for 25 years and continue to foster dogs periodically. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and their welfare remains one of my greatest passions. After rescuing and adopting my first dog over 35 years ago, my dedication to animals has only grown, bringing me countless joyful memories and lasting friendships. I would be honored to include your family pet in those cherished experiences.

Availability & Community Involvement

My schedule is highly flexible. I encourage you and your pet to visit my home for a meet-and-greet, even if you do not require immediate sitting services. Planning ahead can prevent last-minute rushes. I am typically available seven days a week. Due to my ongoing work with animal rescue organizations, my home is always open to inspection. As an active member of the pet community, I make myself and my home available at a moment’s notice, recognizing that animals sometimes need both individual and community support.

Boarding fees are determined individually based on each pet’s specific needs, though most pets are accommodated for $25 to $30 per night. I occasionally offer discounts for multiple pets or extended stays. I guarantee that your pet will receive more attention, greater comfort, better eating habits, and less stress in my home environment compared to a veterinary office or traditional kennel setting. Pets often require love and attention around the clock, whereas many vet clinics and kennels have unattended periods with no staff on site.
