I operate a modest property management firm specializing in assisting individual property owners and small business proprietors with their real estate portfolios. My focus is primarily on managing single-family residences, duplexes, four-plexes, and apartment complexes with fewer than sixteen units. For buildings with sixteen or more units, a resident onsite manager is typically required.

Many of the owners I collaborate with reside outside of Los Angeles and California. My process involves submitting monthly invoices, with payments received via Zelle, Venmo, or occasionally by mailed check. For any repair work, I obtain multiple estimates and secure owner approval before any project begins.

My current portfolio includes several single-family homes rented by the room to multiple individuals, single-family homes leased to a single tenant, and smaller apartment buildings. The properties are predominantly situated in the West Adams neighborhood near USC, Koreatown, and West Hollywood.

I provide lighting maintenance services and have a dedicated crew capable of handling larger projects. Recent examples include replacing a primary drainage pipe for a residence and repairing a leak within a wall.

My past experience also includes managing apartment buildings with over twenty units. I have supervised remodeling projects, mainly for single-family homes, coordinating with a team of subcontractors.
