I generally cannot reserve the space for anyone. Since this is a weekly rental, holding it results in a loss of income. Therefore, please only inquire if you are prepared to move in on the same day or within the next day or two at the latest. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, provided the arrangement is suitable for all parties. In your initial email, please specify your desired move-in date and intended length of stay. I will only respond to messages containing this information. Thank you for your understanding.

I am offering an unfurnished space for rent within my two-story apartment. Please note, this is not a private, enclosed room. The area is separated by room dividers, as visible in the photographs. It is situated on the lower level of my apartment, and no one else will be sleeping downstairs. The rental term is weekly at a rate of $225 per week, with a maximum stay of three weeks. Payment is accepted in cash only. The price is fixed, non-negotiable, and there are no prorated rates or refunds. Utilities including water, gas, and electricity are included. You will have access to the kitchen for light cooking and to the WiFi. The apartment has one and a half bathrooms, with the shared bathroom located upstairs.

A $100 cash deposit is required, which is also non-negotiable. This deposit will be refunded on the day you move out, provided you vacate the space, remove all belongings, return the keys, and leave the rented area in the same condition as when you arrived. For mutual protection, I request a copy of your government-issued identification and will provide a rental agreement for your signature.

About the Space

This space is ideal as a starter or transitional home, suitable for someone relocating from another city or between apartments. It is not intended for individuals with furniture to move in or for those seeking a long-term rental. The area includes one twin-sized air mattress. The building is a seven-unit complex. It is conveniently located near the 170 and 101 freeways. Several amenities are within walking distance, including Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Target, Burlington, Trader Joe\'s, Starbucks, and other stores.

Household Details

I am an easygoing female who prefers a female roommate. There is currently one male tenant in the apartment. I am seeking someone who is respectful, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces and belongings. The following are not permitted: couples, infants, indoor smoking, parties, loud noises, or pets. Shoes must be removed before walking on the carpet. If you are uncomfortable with this rule, this listing is not a good fit for you. I am stating this transparently. I have one small dog, and no other dogs or cats are allowed. Please ensure you do not have allergies to dogs.
