I am offering my three-bedroom apartment for sublease. It is situated on a peaceful and roomy third-floor location in the Echo Park hills. The residence features one and a half bathrooms, central heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, and includes a dedicated parking space. On-site laundry facilities are available. The property is beautifully landscaped with abundant greenery, a shared garden area, numerous trees, and three hammocks, creating an ideal setting for relaxation.
The location is within easy walking distance to Canyon Coffee, Tilda, Valerie’s, Echo Park Lake, and the many excellent establishments along Sunset Boulevard, yet it remains secluded from urban noise and activity.
I am presenting two subletting possibilities:
- Lease the entire apartment for $3,650 per month.
- Lease one individual bedroom within the apartment for $1,250 per month.
Please note that utility costs for Spectrum and LADWP are separate and not included in the rent.
This sublet agreement is on a monthly basis, but my preference is for a tenant who can commit to a minimum stay of three months. The availability begins on January 1, 2026.
For those considering the single-room arrangement: I have a very friendly small black pug named Wednesday, so you must be comfortable with dogs. I am potentially open to an additional dog, provided it is a suitable match. Unfortunately, cats cannot be accommodated due to allergy reasons. Furthermore, given my work commitments, I am willing to discuss flexibility on the monthly rate or arrange a mutually agreeable arrangement if you have some schedule flexibility to assist occasionally with my dog.
