Hours: Part-Time, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week

Hello. I am a busy entrepreneur, pastor, comedian, and content creator based in Park La Brea. My brand is experiencing rapid growth, encompassing podcast opportunities, public relations outreach, YouTube content creation, book writing, and a developing television project. I am seeking a flexible and detail-oriented assistant to work directly with me and support my daily operations.

This position may occasionally involve appearing on camera for my social media channels, YouTube content, and upcoming TV show. Therefore, you must be comfortable with periodic on-camera appearances as required.

You must possess flexible availability, as start times may vary from 8 a.m. on some days to 5 p.m. on others. Reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Podcast and PR Outreach
  • Emailing podcast hosts, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Following up with leads and managing communications.
  • Tracking outreach efforts and scheduling interviews.
  • Researching new public relations opportunities.
  • Sending and drafting messages using provided templates.
• Book Writing (Scribe Style Only)
  • Listening and typing as I speak.
  • Transcribing voice memos into clean written text.
  • Organizing written notes into sections for the book.
  • No editing or formatting is required; strictly write what you hear.
• Creative and Administrative Tasks
  • Posting descriptions, links, and content I provide.
  • Creating simple thumbnails or graphics using templates.
  • Helping prepare my space for filming.
  • Light errands: mailing packages, picking up items, quick store runs.
  • Assisting with personal organization and scheduling.
  • Occasional on-camera appearance for social content or filming days.
