We are presently seeking a new full-time colleague to assist with customer communications, virtual appointments, live-stream support, and sales operations. This position involves direct customer engagement through email, phone, and video, alongside providing back-end support for our expanding live-stream schedule. You will also contribute to maintaining our digital storefront and ensuring our daily operations proceed seamlessly.
This is a practical role requiring an individual who communicates with confidence and clarity, remains organized amidst busy periods, and possesses a genuine love for learning. Our clients anticipate substantive product expertise and attentive service. We provide training, but you must bring innate curiosity and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Develop fluency in our product range and customer service benchmarks.
- Lead and assist with virtual video consultations, guiding clients in their selections.
- Support live-stream events through product preparation, labeling, tracking, and inventory management.
- Execute content and product updates on our Shopify-powered website.
- Offer general administrative and operational support, particularly during peak times.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Skilled communicator – Approachable, articulate, and assured across phone, email, in-person, and video interactions.
- Rapid learner – Prior pearl knowledge is not required, but you must be eager to learn and grow into an expert.
- Exceptionally organized – Capable of juggling evolving priorities, schedules, and customer requests.
- Technologically adept – Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Zoom, Google Workspace, Gorgias, Klaviyo, and live-stream platforms. Full fluency is not expected immediately, but you should gain confidence swiftly.
- Team player – Ready to assist wherever necessary. As a small team, we all take on diverse responsibilities.
- Authentic interest in fine jewelry – A particular fondness for pearls is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage of $28 to $33 per hour, dependent on experience.
