Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Westside Habitats LLC is a dynamic real estate investment and property management firm. We are currently seeking a receptionist to fill an immediate opening.

In this role, you will serve as the initial representative of our company. As a collaborative team member, you will oversee daily front desk operations and handle a range of administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, coordinating front desk functions such as mail distribution, and providing general administrative support to the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, as this position involves significant customer interaction. Strong abilities in multitasking and managing stress are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a comparable position.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Deliver precise information both in person and through phone or email.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • Complete various clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Handle the downloading and coding of invoices.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness and initiative in resolving problems.
  • Display excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing as needed with good time-management skills.
  • Support team objectives by completing relevant tasks.
