Primary Duties

Accounting Support:

• Handle data entry and oversee accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Manage invoice processing and ensure financial documentation is precise and current.
• Perform collections outreach via telephone when required.
• Aid the accounting department with daily responsibilities and report generation.

General Responsibilities:

• Keep records orderly and work cooperatively with colleagues to guarantee smooth business activities.

Required Skills and Background

• Prior experience in an accounting position is advantageous.
• Strong capability with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, along with superior data entry abilities.
• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar programs.
• Understanding of accounts receivable and payable procedures.
• Willingness to make collections calls.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
