TRAINER – DATA ENTRY DEPARTMENT
Location: Westlake Village, CA
Pay: $23–$26 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with both 1st and 2nd Shift openings available.
About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Trainer to guide and enhance the capabilities of our Data Entry team within a rapid, high-volume operational setting. This individual will be tasked with the orientation, instruction, and ongoing assistance of personnel to guarantee precision, timeliness, and proficiency using our company-specific software platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct collective and individualized instructional sessions for incoming and existing staff members.
- Educate on data entry protocols, quality benchmarks, and the application of specialized software.
- Track the advancement of trainees, delivering regular assessments and guidance.
- Partner with departmental supervisors and management to achieve output objectives.
- Manage training documentation and contribute to the orientation and regulatory adherence processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in instructional roles, team leadership, or supervisory capacity is advantageous.
- Excellent communicative abilities and a methodical approach to organization.
- Competency with computer systems, Microsoft Office suite, and data entry platforms.
- Meticulous, patient, and adept at functioning effectively in a demanding, quick-paced atmosphere.
