SHIFT LEAD – DATA ENTRY DEPARTMENT
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay: $24–$27 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Flexible – Monday through Saturday, with first and second shift openings
About the Position:
We are seeking an energetic Shift Lead to assist in overseeing daily activities within our high-volume Data Entry Department. This position is key to maintaining team productivity, ensuring deadlines are achieved, and supporting the efficiency of our dynamic operational setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workflow and confirm production targets are reached.
- Delegate assignments, modify staffing as needed, and oversee shift changes.
- Relay updates, objectives, and performance reports to both team members and management.
- Assist staff by answering inquiries, addressing training requirements, and providing performance input.
- Track the precision, output, and quality of all work completed.
- Aid in troubleshooting any challenges that emerge during the shift.
- Foster a constructive and professional team atmosphere.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a team lead, supervisory, or shift lead capacity (background in an office or production environment is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, high-volume workplace.
- Proficient with computers (experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, or comparable software).
- Meticulous attention to detail and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
