HOME CARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

This position is exclusively for candidates with direct home care staffing experience. We are seeking a full-time office staffing coordinator to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role also includes occasional on-call duties during evenings and weekends, but only during periods when a dedicated after-hours staff member is not available. The ideal candidate will be a positive individual with strong phone skills, capable of effectively communicating with both patients and a variety of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides (CNA/CHHAs), as well as companions and babysitters. These professionals are engaged in both private duty assignments and intermittent visit schedules.

Position Responsibilities

The primary duty involves managing staffing for cases, which includes covering last-minute absences when field staff call in sick and assigning personnel to new client cases as they arise. This role is heavily phone-based, requiring frequent calls, negotiation, and a persuasive, sales-oriented personality to encourage field staff to accept assignments. Our agency maintains a very fast-paced environment.

• Must be professional, organized, and capable of coordinating existing staff while assisting in the processing of new applicants.
• Must deliver excellent customer service, be effective and goal-oriented, and possess strong follow-through skills.
• Must have direct experience in Human Resources and staffing.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.
• Experience in staffing and recruiting is a significant advantage.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform all core staffing and recruiting functions.
