A boutique law firm dedicated to providing outstanding legal services is looking to add an Assistant to support its active practice. This role is suited for a meticulous individual who thrives in a dynamic and enjoyable workplace.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Consistent and reliable access to transportation.
- Proficiency with Apple operating systems (iOS).
- Excellent customer service abilities.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointment calendars.
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Communicating with existing and prospective clients.
- Performing administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and shipping.
