The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Consistent and reliable access to transportation.
  • Proficiency with Apple operating systems (iOS).
  • Excellent customer service abilities.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing appointment calendars.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Communicating with existing and prospective clients.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and shipping.
