Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role involve data entry and providing support for client relations. Additional duties in the future will include tracking e-commerce orders.
Support Duties:
- Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Managing filing systems and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Maintaining calendar schedules and providing customer service.
- Responding to client email inquiries.
- Monitoring the progress of both custom orders and alteration requests.
- Ensuring tailors adhere to schedules for alteration orders.
- Proficiency with computers is essential.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced position that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Professional dress is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay will be commensurate with experience. The position includes paid holidays, a paid birthday day off, vacation time, bonus opportunities, and commission.
Schedule:
Approximately 24 hours per week with some flexibility. There is potential for increased hours after the holiday season.
Applicants must be available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
