This position calls for a conscientious professional to fulfill the duties of a Construction Engineer Administrator. The role involves delivering support, technical knowledge, and project management oversight. It also includes conducting cost-estimating activities and collaborating with the team to precisely project the resources, schedules, and finances necessary for each undertaking.

The selected applicant will be essential in managing the project lifecycle, guaranteeing that projects are organized and carried out effectively, safely, and in line with financial limits.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Oversight: Oversee, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design specifications, plans, and quality requirements.
• Scheduling: Create, revise, and maintain project schedules utilizing appropriate software, track advancement, and apply corrective measures when required.
• Documentation: Keep complete project records, including daily reports, change orders, progress updates, and material submissions.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients to promote seamless project progression and clear communication.
• Technical Guidance: Offer specialized technical knowledge, interpret plans, and address complex engineering challenges encountered during construction.
• Safety & Compliance: Verify that all site activities follow applicable local, state, and federal building codes, safety rules, and organizational protocols.
• Bidding: Generate thorough, precise, and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Quantity Take-offs: Perform detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Cost Analysis: Assess and establish unit prices, considering direct costs and indirect costs.
• Value Engineering: Recognize possibilities for reducing expenses and enhancing efficiency without compromising project quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Experience: 5-10 Years
• Engineering Certification Preferred (International Accepted)
• Spanish Speaking Preferred
• Must Possess a Functional Phone, Laptop, and Vehicle.
