About Our Company:

We are a family-operated construction business based in Encino, focusing on foundation repair, remodeling, and comprehensive home improvement projects. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented office professional to manage incoming customer inquiries, provide support to the owner, and ensure operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads from platforms such as Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Google. This role does not involve cold calling.
• Communicate confidently with homeowners regarding our remodeling and construction services.
• Schedule and confirm complimentary inspections and estimates.
• Conduct client follow-ups and monitor project progress using CRM software and Google Sheets.
• Facilitate coordination between sales representatives, inspectors, and field crews.

Job Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in construction or home improvement.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Sheets.
• Must be reliable, professional, and self-motivated.

Compensation and Details:

• Pay Rate: $20 to $26 per hour, contingent on experience.
• Bonus Structure: Eligibility for biweekly and monthly bonuses based on confirmed leads and sales.
• Work Location: Encino, CA. This is an exclusively in-person position.
