Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The role encompasses the following key functions:
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems, particularly Apple products, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
- Support management with maintaining records and monitoring progress.
- Accurately receive and organize related documentation.
- Deliver administrative assistance to on-site management personnel.
- Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
- Perform scanning, faxing, copying, and mailing tasks.
- Thrive in a fast-paced office environment with the capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Manage projects that may involve confidential information and have strict deadlines.
- Assist with accounting procedures and client billing.

- Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
