We are a decorative flooring and kitchen/bath showroom seeking a bilingual Customer Service Administrative Assistant. The job duties include:

  • Providing assistance to Sales Representatives with customer orders as required.
  • Checking inventory, creating purchase orders, following up on orders, and arranging order pick-up and delivery to clients.
  • Overseeing all customer pick-up orders.
  • Coordinating with sales representatives to resolve any problems or issues concerning customer orders.
  • Consistently tracking back-ordered items on purchase orders.
  • Maintaining showroom organization.
  • Managing social media posts and email marketing using the Mailchimp platform.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • A minimum of one year in office administration is preferred.
  • A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks, various social media platforms, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Good professional appearance, reliable attendance, and punctuality are essential for this role.
