An online retail company is currently seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience. This role presents substantial opportunities for professional advancement and the potential to assume a considerable level of responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be knowledgeable about eBay, Amazon, and similar online marketplaces. Experience with platforms such as Channeladvisor, Salesforce, Cloud Conversion, CRM, and shipping software like Shipworks or Shipstation is advantageous.
- Oversee and handle all customer communication channels to uphold the company\'s brand reputation and improve the overall customer service experience.
- Address customer service matters: manage emails and phone calls concerning orders and products; process marketplace cases and return authorizations (RMA); maintain positive feedback and ratings for online accounts.
- Proficient in shipping via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, including the use of their respective software (Worldship, Ship Manager, Stamps.com, etc.), and knowledgeable about their policies and claim procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or higher is required. Preference will be given to those with at least one year of related eCommerce customer service experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong administrative abilities and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Outstanding technical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, high energy, attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability.
- Candidates must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team, and should be adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
