Primary Duties
- Attentively listen to customers, comprehend their requirements, and offer effective resolutions.
- Guide members through applications for various health assistance programs.
- Facilitate changes to Primary Care Providers (PCP) as necessary.
- Manage both outgoing and incoming telephone communications each day.
- Review and reply to email messages on a daily basis.
- Conduct follow-ups on finalized enrollments to confirm correct assignment.
- Address customer issues with understanding and escalate matters when needed.
- Aim to resolve inquiries on the initial contact through active and thorough problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Superior communication and people skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is advantageous.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Maintain a constructive outlook and dedication to providing top-tier service.
Details on Compensation and Hours
- Compensation: Will be addressed during the interview process.
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
