We are currently hiring full-time budtenders for the Los Angeles region. Our company operates several 24-hour locations in need of staff, including Whittier, East Los Angeles, Compton, South Central, and Inglewood. Candidates must be willing and able to work at any of these sites and possess reliable transportation. Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service with expertise, patience, and a professional demeanor.
• Process cash transactions with precision and integrity.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean, orderly, and safe.
• Help with stocking, inventory management, and general daily operations.
• Adhere to all established company policies and protocols.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess valid identification.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities and a constructive attitude.
• Capable of standing and working for extended durations.
• A collaborative team member ready to assist as needed.
• Prior retail or cannabis industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory for fast learners.
• Must have full availability for morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.
