WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

A real estate firm in the Palm area is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong sense of urgency to see tasks through to completion. This role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where candidates will be evaluated on their performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials.
• Track project advancement, spot possible challenges, and initiate corrective actions ahead of time.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses from relevant governing bodies.
• Keep precise documentation of project schedules, key milestones, and due dates.
• Conduct site visits to locations within Los Angeles County.
• Provide a daily update on work progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor\'s Degree is desirable.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in supporting an executive team.
• Proficient skills in managing calendars.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be adaptable and meticulous, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, foresee needs, and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to execute responsibilities accurately and meet deadlines.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality concerning company matters.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Substantial references from prior employment.
• Possession of a valid driver\'s license and access to dependable transportation.
