Location: This position requires working in our office; remote work is not available.

Compensation: An annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000, complemented by health insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and bonus potential.

A rapidly expanding US-based company is seeking a highly organized full-time Purchasing and Order Manager to oversee all manufacturing orders with our overseas factories.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Receive product specifications and quantity requirements from our internal team.
• Source quotations, samples, and production timelines from factories in China using platforms such as Alibaba and 1688, as well as direct email.
• Negotiate optimal pricing and delivery schedules, utilizing translation support as needed.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor each order comprehensively from initiation to shipment.
• Request daily photographic updates and progress reports from production sites.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, arrange inspections, and manage customs documentation.
• Maintain a master order tracking document to keep the entire company informed of order status.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or order coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheet management.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work in our office five days per week.
