Job Title: Bread Maker

We are seeking a motivated and experienced baker to join our sourdough production team. The role involves working with a variety of breads, including all types of rye, seedless varieties, French rolls, and egg bread. Candidates must have proven experience handling different dough types, particularly high-hydration doughs, and managing the full production schedule from mixing and dividing to proofing and assisting with finished products.

The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, be willing to work evening shifts that extend into early morning hours, and have availability on weekends. We are prepared to provide training for a suitable applicant. This is an opportunity to join our acclaimed, award-winning bakery located in Northridge.

Primary responsibilities include shaping dough, mixing, baking, and preparing ingredients. As part of a small team, duties are adaptable and may occasionally extend beyond standard baking tasks as operational needs require.

This position will start at 40-45 hours per week, with potential to develop into a consistent full-time role (40+ hours). We provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
