We are seeking an experienced professional with strong handyman and craftsmanship abilities for a long-term position. This role involves maintaining properties and performing repairs on vacant units for a real estate management company.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in trades including stucco, tile, drywall, plumbing, framing, and electrical work.

Preferred Qualifications

Individuals with expertise in multiple trades—particularly tile, framing, concrete, drywall, and stucco, supplemented by electrical and plumbing skills—are highly desirable. This background is essential for residential maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction projects.

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver\'s license.
• Personal tools and reliable transportation.
• Clean background with no history of criminal activity, drug offenses, or DUIs.
• Positive, bondable, reliable, stable, and trustworthy character with clean work habits.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is advantageous.
