ABOUT THE ROLE

Rinse is looking for a dependable and meticulous Dry Cleaning Attendant who possesses outstanding customer service abilities and hands-on experience in garment care, stain treatment, pressing, and clothing assembly. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of point-of-sale or invoicing systems, technical aptitude, superior communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Examine, categorize, and label clothing items precisely and with care.
• Utilize point-of-sale, invoicing, and internal tracking systems to log and oversee individual customer orders.
• For those with relevant background: perform spot treatment on stained garments and press items accurately, emphasizing quality assurance throughout each step.
• Reassemble garments post-cleaning, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
• Keep the work area tidy, orderly, and hazard-free.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling inquiries or issues with a professional and understanding manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE

• A strong focus on customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, invoicing software, and data-tracking tools is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work well within a team.
• A receptive attitude toward feedback, with a desire to learn and advance within the organization.
• Previous work in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred.
• The physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a personal smartphone and the ability to operate a company-specific application.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends when necessary.
