About the Position

Our team is seeking an adept, dependable, and efficient maintenance technician. The primary responsibilities involve preparing apartment units for new tenants, performing general building repairs, and addressing daily maintenance needs at various properties.

This position requires specific skills—it is not a general labor job. We require a professional capable of efficiently restoring an apartment from a move-out condition to a state ready for new occupants.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing apartments for new tenants: patching and painting, installing fixtures and hardware, repairing doors, applying caulk, working with flooring, fixing screens, and general cleanup.
• Conducting general apartment repairs: addressing plumbing issues, replacing electrical components, servicing garbage disposals, toilets, and faucets, and repairing outlets and switches.
• Completing repairs in common areas and building structures.
• Performing light carpentry work.
• Executing minor drywall and texture repairs.
• Performing basic appliance diagnostics.
• Finishing punch-list items.

If you cannot perform at least 80 percent of the tasks listed above independently, this position is not suitable for you.
