Volt is currently seeking to fill multiple positions for an Aerospace company located in Rancho Dominguez, California. Candidates must possess relevant experience for the roles they are applying for.

Available Positions and Pay Rates

• Expeditor/Shipping: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
• Broach/Drilling Operator: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Automatic Centerless Grinder Operator: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

These are full-time opportunities. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with overtime required on days off. Shift options are as follows:

1. First Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
2. Second Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Desired Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred, though entry-level positions are also open.
• For skilled roles, the ability to comprehend and follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics is necessary.
• Fundamental math proficiency and experience with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended durations, and performing repetitive duties.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail are essential.
