Warehouse Associate (Sun Valley)

Primary Duties:

• Safely and productively operate forklift equipment to transport, arrange, and manage stock.
• Accurately and promptly execute picking and packing duties to complete customer orders.
• Comprehend inbound and outbound logistics procedures, which include item verification and record-keeping.
• Monitor parcel status and manage shipping logistics through UPS and FedEx platforms.
• Keep precise documentation for inventory and all shipments.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to generate reports, maintain logs, and follow shipment progress.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to guarantee smooth daily warehouse activities.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Demonstrated history of operating forklifts (possession of a certification is advantageous).
• Knowledge of standard warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Prior experience overseeing shipments and tracking via UPS and FedEx systems.
• Working skill with Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and report creation.
• Excellent focus on details and systematic approach to tasks.
• Capability to lift and relocate heavy objects when required.
