About the Position

We are looking for a driven and skilled Production Line Lead to manage the day-to-day activities on our cosmetics manufacturing line. This position plays a vital role in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and enhancing team output.

Key Duties

• Oversee and guide production line personnel to achieve daily schedules and production targets.
• Guarantee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and internal company protocols.
• Provide training, coaching, and assistance to production operators.
• Observe production workflow and promptly address any problems or interruptions.
• Perform line setup, changeover procedures, and verification inspections.
• Document and report production data, equipment downtime, and performance indicators to supervisors.
• Work cooperatively with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience within cosmetics contract manufacturing is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Practical, hands-on experience with production line functions and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and FDA regulations for manufacturing.
• Capable of working in a rapid-paced setting with a strong focus on details.
• Willing and able to work or transition to a second shift schedule as business needs require.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
