Position: Videographer
We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, and positive Videographer to become a member of our national touring crew. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, excels in high-energy live settings, and can handle extended weekend hours with minimal rest.

Responsibilities

• Load, set up, and dismantle video production gear (must be able to lift 20 pounds).
• Record superior-quality video of every dance performance during competitions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and interaction at events.
• Help with sales and promotional activities as required.
• Communicate equipment and supply requirements to Event Directors.
• Keep the work area neat and orderly.
• Travel is necessary from Thursday evening through Monday morning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital video equipment such as:
  • Sony PXW-Z150
  • Blackmagic HyperDeck Studio Mini
  • Digital NTSC monitors, fluid head tripods, and camera risers
• Previous experience with gaffing or lighting setup is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and collaborative abilities.
• Must have availability to travel from Thursday to Monday.
• A valid government-issued ID or passport is mandatory.
• Ability to work extended hours, averaging 25 to 40 hours per weekend.

Compensation
Pay varies with experience, ranging from $200 to $1000 per event.
Hourly rate is between $16 and $18.
The season commences in February 2026.
