Our community-focused local market is seeking a dependable, experienced, and conscientious individual to join our retail team. This role begins as part-time but offers potential for growth. Availability to work at least one weekend day is required.

Position Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a consistently positive and approachable demeanor with both customers and colleagues.
• Welcome customers warmly, share product knowledge, suggest items, and express sincere appreciation.
• Deliver prompt and effective service to all customers.
• Handle cash register operations and transactions with precision.
• Ensure the store remains tidy and well-stocked throughout your scheduled shift.
• Assist in arranging and maintaining product displays on the sales floor and in aisles.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Capable of lifting items weighing 25 pounds or more.
• Must remain sober and free from drugs at all times.
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must possess reliable personal transportation.
