About the Company:

We are a distributor of women\'s fashion apparel specializing in off-price goods, providing well-known department store brands at unique wholesale rates. Based in the Los Angeles Fashion District, our company is entering the livestream commerce space and is looking for an engaging Freelance Livestream Sales Host to appear on camera. This individual will assist in launching, developing, and expanding this new sales avenue.

This position offers flexible, project-based work with the opportunity to evolve into regular part-time or full-time hours depending on results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Host energetic livestream shopping events on platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok, and Poshmark.
• Showcase new inventory items like dresses, blazers, and separates to a live viewership.
• Interact with the audience, respond to inquiries about products, and encourage immediate purchase actions.
• Work with our inventory management teams to curate appealing product selections.
• Create content designed to increase viewer numbers, interaction, and sales.
• Act as the on-screen representative for JMB Apparel and contribute to expanding our online community.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A person at ease speaking on camera, possessing a self-assured and approachable on-air demeanor.
• Previous experience in livestream selling, content creation, or sales is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• An excellent communicator with enthusiasm for fashion and styling.
• Available for a variable, project-based schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using livestreaming software, ring lights, microphones, and related equipment.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English or an established social media following are considered advantageous.

Compensation

Option 1: Hourly wage plus commission, beginning at the minimum wage with additional earning potential.

Option 2: A fixed hourly rate without commission.

The compensation structure can be adjusted according to individual experience and sales achievements.

This role is not initially a full-time position. It is well-suited for freelancers, content creators, or on-camera professionals seeking adaptable work with prospects for advancement.
