District Manager for Convenience Stores

Are you an experienced retail professional who excels in structured, efficient, and high-standard environments? We are seeking a proactive Retail Manager to assume leadership of four retail establishments in Downtown and South Central Los Angeles. This role involves overseeing a team of more than 30 staff members, with an emphasis on detailed supervision, performance responsibility, and precise inventory control.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, training, and assistance to store managers and personnel across all four locations.
• Create and execute store and staff protocols to guarantee efficient and consistent daily activities.
• Exercise strict operational management and monitoring of everyday store functions.
• Administer and refine inventory systems, stock quantities, and loss prevention measures.
• Establish unambiguous performance benchmarks and uniformly enforce company guidelines.
• Perform regular location inspections to ensure complete adherence to operational standards.
• Maintain a adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
• Partner with ownership and executive management to formulate and apply strategies that promote staff accountability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in retail management, with a demonstrated track record across multiple sites.
• Substantial background in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Proficiency in hands-on leadership and direct supervision of employee activities.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Must possess schedule flexibility and be able to commute between Downtown and South Central Los Angeles locations.
