This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities. You will be engaged in selling jewelry directly to customers within our store, offering cash loan services to clients, and delivering outstanding customer support. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to produce product videos, manage social media content, and create listings for online marketplaces. While professional content creation experience is not required, you must be proficient in using platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and OfferUp to publish and advertise products. Familiarity with Google\'s suite of tools is also expected.

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity. The role requires on-site presence and is not available for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store sales activities, including assisting customers, presenting jewelry collections, and finalizing purchases.
• Model jewelry pieces on camera, focusing on hand shots for rings and images of chains and bracelets.
• Produce basic photographic and video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• List products on various online platforms, including Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, OfferUp, TikTok, and eBay.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for both in-person visitors and online communications.
• Possess a creative foundation in photography and the capability to film videos using a smartphone for social media.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
• Demonstrate the ability to attend to customers and adhere to provided instructions.

Qualifications

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance suitable for modeling jewelry in visual media.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment, with a preference for jewelry sales.
• Be adept at using a smartphone for capturing photos, recording videos, and managing social media posts.
• Exhibit strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Present a professional and friendly demeanor with an approachable personality.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Pay Range

The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $28, based on individual experience and qualifications.
