As a member of the management staff, the Floor Supervisor is responsible for fostering an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff, all while promoting and upholding the values of Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies. Key duties involve developing the team, assisting in the achievement of sales targets and overseeing payroll hours, upholding store operational quality, maintaining standards for merchandising and inventory, and guaranteeing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. A successful candidate will be eager to educate customers about pet nutrition, wellness, and care practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Guiding and training a team to meet company objectives and execute key initiatives.
• Managing multiple supervisory duties efficiently by organizing and overseeing workloads to meet deadlines.
• Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with customers, Centinela personnel, and external suppliers.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Being able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Performing additional assigned tasks as needed.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Previous retail management experience is preferred, and flexibility in scheduling is essential. This is a full-time, non-exempt role.
