A General Contractor is currently hiring for the roles of Semi-Skilled Residential Remodeler and General Laborer.

We are a compact, rapidly expanding residential construction firm located in Northridge, California. Our expertise lies in home remodeling projects, including accessory dwelling units (ADUs), room additions and extensions, as well as kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Our company\'s growth is primarily driven by client referrals, and we place great emphasis on maintaining exceptional client relationships and orderly worksites. Requirements: Semi-Skilled Tradesman (Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour, dependent on experience)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling construction.
• Must possess your own fundamental power and hand tools (e.g., circular saw, reciprocating saw, cordless power tools, hammer, utility knife).
• Resides in or near the San Fernando Valley area (a majority of projects are located in the SFV).
• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Demonstrates reliability and strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive rather than complaining attitude.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Is organized and willing to learn new skills and techniques.

Requirements: Helper / Laborer (Pay Range: $20 - $22.50 per hour)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have prior experience working in a residential construction environment.
• Responsibilities include assisting tradesmen as required.
• Should have basic knowledge of operating power and hand tools.
• Resides in or near the San Fernando Valley area.
• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 90 pounds.
• Demonstrates reliability and strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive rather than complaining attitude.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Is organized and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
