Compensation Details

This is an hourly position, with pay rates determined by the applicant\'s level of experience. We also undertake prevailing wage projects, which offer higher hourly compensation. Eligibility for these roles requires exceptional productivity and quality of work.

Performance Expectations

Applicants must be capable of installing between 25 and 30 cabinets per day to a high standard, ensuring they are perfectly level and plumb. Only those who can meet this benchmark should apply. Installations in apartment complexes are particularly fast-paced, demanding both speed and precision.
