Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in professional commercial painting
• Access to reliable transportation
• Proficiency in surface preparation, masking, rolling, spraying, cutting-in, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and at elevated heights
• Must be drug-free, safety-conscious, and reliable
• A team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Ownership of a work truck or van equipped with tools and ladders
• Flexibility in work schedule
• Experience operating airless or HVLP spray equipment
• Background in wallcovering installation
