Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system issues
• Conduct routine maintenance and system evaluations
• Demonstrate solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
• Capable of climbing ladders up to 40 feet and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate solutions effectively
• Adhere to all industry standards and safety protocols
• Possess strong sales and upselling abilities when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of HVAC service experience (EPA Certification is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to source, locate, and collect parts
• Must own a reliable truck or van and a full set of HVAC tools
