Position Overview

We are seeking a practical and detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Assistant to become part of our compact team in the Sawtelle neighborhood. The individual will be instrumental in manufacturing, assembling, and packaging Nedrelow products, ensuring the studio remains orderly, and helping to ship orders to a global customer base. This position is ideal for a person who takes satisfaction in manual work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and has an appreciation for high-quality designed items.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and assembly process for Magic Sleeves and other products.
• Utilize standard studio tools and equipment for cutting, adhesive application, sewing, and related tasks.
• Prepare, label, and package orders for shipment using the Shopify platform.
• Manage inventory levels for both raw materials and completed products.
• Contribute to organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient studio workspace.
• Assist with quality control measures to ensure product consistency.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Eagerness to engage in hands-on studio work and learn production methods.
• Previous experience in fabrication, sewing, or product assembly is beneficial.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds and standing for extended durations.
• Knowledge of Shopify, shipping software, or small-business order fulfillment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A genuine interest in design, materials, or small-scale manufacturing is valued.

• Position available as either part-time or full-time, with schedule flexibility for a suitable candidate.
• Work is conducted on-site in the Sawtelle area of West Los Angeles.
• Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience.
