Location: Burbank, CA (In-Person)

Pay: $45,000 – $70,000 per year

Our company is seeking a Roofing Inspector who possesses practical experience in the roofing or construction sector to become a member of our team. This is a full-time role offering the chance to engage with diverse commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough roof assessments, pinpoint problems, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Interpret construction drawings and flashing specifications, recording any shortcomings with photographic evidence and diagrams.
  • Provide detailed reports on the state of roof and flashing systems, advising on necessary upkeep or restoration work.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project quotations and formal bids.
  • Keep accurate daily activity records and aid in the installation of fixed rooftop equipment.
  • Carry out scheduled roof servicing and associated duties.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of direct experience in roofing or construction is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of roofing products, common failures, and the California Building Code.
  • Proven skill in precisely recording and communicating inspection results.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving history.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors and adhere to a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
