Job Description and Responsibilities
- Managing accounts receivable
- Performing data entry tasks
- Providing customer service support
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and apartment leasing activities
- Handling document scanning and filing
- Completing various other clerical assignments as directed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor\'s Degree is advantageous
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience supporting an executive team
- Superior calendar management capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be adaptable, meticulous, and skilled at multitasking, anticipating needs, and prioritizing effectively
- Ability to execute duties with precision and meet deadlines
- Must maintain a high degree of discretion with sensitive company information
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Must provide substantial references from prior employment
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required
