A kitchen cabinet retail company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a solid work ethic and demonstrate strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of product offerings to explain and compare items for customers.
  • Assist customers in placing orders via the company website.
  • Coordinate with both vendors and customers regarding products on backorder.
  • Process modifications to existing orders and update order status across various platforms.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer support or office assistant role.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory control systems, or CRM software is considered an advantage.

The position features a multi-tiered pay structure, with a base rate beginning at $20 per hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay opportunities

Education: A college degree is preferred

Experience: One year of customer service experience is required
